Fair Housing and Beyond!

Fair housing violations continue to present day-to-day issues within the rental housing community. With this in mind, there is always a need for fair housing training, and the apartment industry has been addressing this need for over 40 years. “Fair Housing & Beyond” departs from other fair housing classes that primarily enforce memorization. This course employs scenario-based learning using video vignettes and requires students to think through situations encountered on-site, resolve these issues through critical thought, and analyze the outcomes of their solutions.
