AAGM offers 3 types of membership:  Management Company, Community, and Supplier.  Please review the descriptions below to select the membership type that best fits your needs. 

Supplier

A company that provides products or services directly related to the multifamily housing industry, or its members.

Member Benefits:

 Join as Supplier

Community Member

An apartment community residing in any Tennessee county west of the Tennessee River or in the North Mississippi counties of Desoto or Tunica County.  Individuals that self-manage a small rental housing portfolio (50 units or less) are also included in this group.

2024 Annual Dues:

  • 50 units or less-$150
  • 51 units or more-$2.65/unit

Management Company

Owner, manager or representative of a company that owns and/or manages multifamily property or properties from a local address, including local satellite offices representing out of town owners, managers or company representatives.
