The 2026 NAA Scholarship Track offers multiple ways to invest in professional growth, innovation and inclusion across the rental housing industry.

• Innovation in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Grant            Developed specifically for organizations, this grant provides up to $25,000 to support innovative projects that advance equity and strengthen the rental housing industry at scale.

  Six NAAEI credential course registrations awarded at no cost.
