NAA Mental Health Awareness Week is May 19-23

Each year, the National Apartment Association's (NAA) Mental Health Awareness Week unites the rental housing industry to prioritize mental well-being and foster support. It’s a dedicated time to tackle challenges, reduce stress and strengthen mental health as a community.

NAA, in partnership with the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, offers a four-part webinar series tailored to rental housing professionals. Topics include self-care strategies, addressing hoarding behaviors, disaster preparedness and crisis communications. A key highlight is the Day of Care on Wednesday, May 21—a dedicated moment to recharge and focus on well-being.

These sessions offer an impactful way to show your commitment to mental health—for yourself, your team and your community. Whether through sharing self-care tips, showcasing mental health policies or promoting resilience, your voice matters.
