Diversity Leadership Program

NAA’s Diversity Leadership Program (DLP) is a hybrid career development opportunity which offers up to 15 individuals from underrepresented groups skills building and training for emerging rental housing leaders. This year-long initiative includes a personal strengths assessment and mentoring from seasoned industry pros ready to provide guidance on professional development and networking beyond your current organization. Selected participants will learn core motivational drivers, emotional intelligence and conflict resolution techniques. NEW this year, you will also receive an additional 4 hours of inclusive leadership training. 

With a complimentary registration to 2027 Apartmentalize, the largest rental housing conference, you’ll have a chance to connect with your mentor, engage with the rest of the industry and participate in committee meetings alongside the rest of the DLP Class of 2027! Gain foundational leadership skills that support professional development and provide opportunities to join local or national committees.  Deadline to apply is October 30.
