Local Benefits of Membership
Since AAGM is a non-profit trade association, most of the concentration is on educating all levels of membership on quality growth, legal issues, and best business practices. Other benefits include: free market statistics, the NAA Lease program, legislative monitoring, and many networking events. AAGM publishes an Annual Membership Directory, which includes a buyer's guide. The Directory is used by Members as their primary resource when searching for products and services.
State Benefits of AAGM Membership
The Tennessee Apartment Association coordinates support for our opposition to legislation that affects multifamily housing in the State of Tennessee. TAA helps to enhance the legislative involvement of our industry at the state and national level and enhances business opportunities for all of our members and associates. TAA's goal is to expand educational opportunities for all our members through coordinated provision of multifamily educational courses and to improve the level and availability of relevant multifamily information at the state and national level.

Apartment Association of Greater Memphis (AAGM) members are apartment housing owners, property management firms, apartment communities and companies that supply products or services to rental properties. AAGM provides a comprehensive range of strategic, educational, operational, networking, and advocacy resources that members need to learn, lead, and succeed.
2018 Annual Membership Dues:
Management Company: $555
Apartment Community: $2.14 per unit
Associate Member (Vendor): $390
Membership is automatically renewed annually. New members can join at any time during the year. New members who join July 1-October 1 will receive half price dues on their second consecutive year of membership (full price is due at time of application submission). Discounted pricing applies only to applicants who have never been a member of AAGM.
