In this session, Jerry Davis will share how greater visibility into utility billing, cost recovery, and regulatory requirements uncovers issues that quietly impact NOI. Jerry will also discuss how decades of industry data, purpose-built technology, and teams with deep expertise are helping operators gain clearer insight into utility operations and make more informed decisions.

Jerry Davis joined the Conservice team in 2005 and currently serves as Chief Brand Ambassador, where he helps guide the company’s strategic positioning and industry presence. Previously, he served as Chief Sales Officer for more than 20 years, leading Conservice’s multifamily sales efforts and building long-standing relationships across the industry. He is one of the most experienced sales executives in the industry and has a national footprint in multifamily. Jerry’s ability to foster true partnerships allows Conservice to effectively meet and exceed the expectations of all of our partners. He is actively involved with NMHC and NAA on both the state and national levels.
