Join us on Thursday, March 21, for the State of the Memphis Multifamily Market presentation by Nick Leverett, CoStar's Director of Market Analytics.  His presentation will include a brief economic overview followed by a discussion of multifamily fundamentals (supply, demand, vacancy), construction pipeline, rent trends, and sales.  We're offering 2 sessions so your whole staff can attend!

Choose from TWO sessions:

  • 9:30-11:30 am (registration will open at 9:00) 
  • 1:00-3:00 pm (registration will open at 12:30) 

Continuing Education Credit  

Two hours of continuing education credit will be offered per session.

Deadline to cancel registration for a full refund is Friday, March 8.  Deadline to register is Tuesday, March 19.  Walk ins will be accepted if space allows.

About the Speaker-Nick Leverett

Nick Leverett is CoStar’s Director of Market Analytics for Memphis and Raleigh-Durham. Nick analyzes commercial real estate data and trends to provide CoStar’s view of the market and outlook for the multi-family, office, industrial, and retail sectors. Nick is a regular speaker at key industry events and his research and analysis have been featured in numerous media outlets including the Triangle Business Journal, the Charlotte Business Journal, and CoStar News. CoStar is the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces.

Prior to joining CoStar, Nick led the market research team at the real estate investment firm Dilweg, advising on company acquisitions and strategy in sunbelt markets. Nick’s research informed decisions on hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial real estate acquisitions. Nick began his career as a practicing attorney, representing clients in complex matters involving real estate, corporate law, and dispute resolution. He is based in Raleigh.
