About the Speaker: Steve Woodyard
Steve Woodyard founded Woodyard Realty Corp. in 1998 and has specialized in multifamily and investment sales since 1984.
Currently, Woodyard Realty Corp. has seven sales associates/brokers including Steve. Steve has won the Pinnacle Award for being the Top Local Broker in the Memphis Metro Area across all categories – of the industry – Multifamily, Retail, Office, Industrial and Land. He has also won the Apartment Broker of the Year Award.
Steve has been a Pinnacle Award recipient since its inception in 2001 through receiving the Life Membership Award a few years ago. The awards honor the Top Brokers in the Memphis Area Association of Realtors Pinnacle Award.
Woodyard Realty Corp. is the only brokerage firm to win the Top Local Broker of the Year, the Top Multi-Family Broker of the Year award as well as having the two female Top Newcomers of the Year award for its affiliate brokers.
