Michelle Ford, Marketing Director, Heritage Properties
Michelle Ford started in the multifamily industry in 2001 as a leasing professional for AIMCO. Since then she has gained extensive onsite experience managing properties and working as a Marketing Director. She also worked for RentPath as a Regional Sales Executive where she consulted with different management companies throughout Mississippi regarding advertising and marketing decisions.
Michelle oversees all marketing and public relation operations for Heritage Properties which has over 10,000 units across TX, LA, MS, AL, TN, and ND. Since she has joined the Heritage team, they have developed the Heritage App, implemented lead tracking/management software, and redesigned all of our websites. She is committed to providing ongoing seminars to inspire and work with onsite teams.
Michelle graduated Cum Laude from Tulane University where she studied Science and Marketing. Her and her husband Curtis are proud parents of three children, Sophie, Thompson, and Britton. They currently reside in Mandeville, LA where they enjoy spending time together outdoors.”
