March Membership Meeting

About the Speaker, Susan Sherfield:

Susan Sherfield is the VP of Education & Employee Development for Mercy Housing, developing and managing education programs for site employees, and leadership development for corporate associates, since 2008.  She has been in the RPM industry since 1987, holding positions in on-site operations, multi-site operations, and education and training.

Susan has a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Training, and holds the CPM designation through IREM.  Susan is an active member of NAA/NAAEI, serving on, or chairing, a variety of committees since 2000.  Susan held the position of NAAEI Vice President 2016 & 2017, and served as NAAEI President 2018 & 2019.  In 2022, Susan stepped into the roll of NAA Region IV RVP.

Susan has been a speaker at Apartmentalize (the NAA Education Conference), Apartment Association Affiliate Education Conferences and at several AHMA conferences around the country.  In 2012, Susan was presented with the ACE Award (Apartment Careers and Education) from the National Apartment Association Education Institute.
