Join us for our annual Golf Scramble on Friday, September 19, at Timber Truss Golf Course. The Golf Scramble is a great opportunity for corporate and property personnel, as well as suppliers, to become acquainted and to build valuable relationships while enjoying a relaxed, easy-going game of golf.
Team registration opens May 20. Entry fee includes:
- Greens fee and cart for a Team of 4 players
- Lunch before tournament
- Beverages & snacks on course during tournament

Early Bird Special! Register by September 5th at the discounted price:
- AAGM Members: $475 Team of 4
- Non-members (paid in advance): $550 Team of 4
After September 5th:
- AAGM Members: $550 Team of 4
- Non-members (paid in advance): $600 Team of 4
Cancellations received after September 5th will be billed. Payment is due prior to tournament day.
SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY:
10:00 am: Sponsors should arrive by 10:00 am in order to set up at their sponsored holes.
11:00 am: Player check-in opens. Box lunches will be available. Driving range is open to all players.
12:00 pm: Teams tee off
**Winners will be announced from the clubhouse patio.**
Sponsorships Available
$400 Hole Sponsor: fee includes hole signage and opportunity to distribute marketing materials as the players play through the course. Hole assignments will be sent the week prior to the tournament.
$500 Drink Cart Sponsor: fee includes opportunity to drive one of three beverage carts on the course, network with players, and distribute marketing materials as you go (drinks provided by AAGM).
