Join us for our annual Golf Scramble on Friday, October 1, at Timber Truss Golf Course. The Golf Scramble is a great opportunity for corporate and property personnel, as well as suppliers, to become acquainted and to build valuable relationships while enjoying a relaxed, easy-going game of golf.
Entry fee includes:
- Greens fee and cart for a Team of 4 players
- Lunch before tournament
- Beverages & snacks on course during tournament
Early Bird Special! Register by September 10th at the discounted price:
- AAGM Members: $450 Team of 4
- Non-members (paid in advance): $525 Team of 4
After September 10th:
- AAGM Members: $525 Team of 4
- Non-members (paid in advance): $575 Team of 4
Cancellations received after September 10th will be billed. Payment is due prior to tournament day.
A limited number of event sponsorships are available for the 2021 Golf Scramble. Click the Register Now button at the top to secure your sponsorship (members should be logged in first in order to be invoiced).
Drink Cart Sponsor: $500 (SOLD OUT) Funds from the drink cart sponsorships will go to the Dorothy Day House.
Golf Hole Sponsor: $350 (7 available). This year we have 8 holes available for sponsorship. Sponsor can set up at the assigned hole and distribute marketing materials/giveaways as the players play through (course does not provide tent, chairs, etc).
SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY:
10:00 am: Sponsors should arrive by 10:00 am in order to set up at their sponsored holes.
11:00 am: Player check-in opens. Box lunches will be available. Driving range is open to all players.
12:00 pm: Teams tee off
**Winners will be announced from the clubhouse patio.**
