February Membership Luncheon

Join us on Tuesday, February 15, for our first Membership Luncheon of 2022 featuring our guest speaker Greg Akers, Editor-in-Chief of the Memphis Business Journal, who will be speaking about economic trends in Memphis and how they impact the multifamily industry.

 About the Speaker:

Greg Akers is Editor-in-Chief of Memphis Business Journal. He leads an award-winning team of reporters, researchers, and designers on all editorial and production operations for digital, mobile, print, and social platforms, providing readers with essential business intelligence and breaking news with a hyper-local focus.

Prior to joining MBJ, Akers held leadership roles with Contemporary Media Inc., including as the editor of Inside Memphis Business, Collierville, and Germantown magazines; as the Film & TV editor at the Memphis Flyer; and contributing editor of Memphis magazine.

Akers is a graduate of the University of Memphis and is an occasional adjunct instructor in the school's Department of Journalism and Strategic Media.
