Nominations for the 2024 Diamond Achievement Awards open in May.  Please review the 2024 Awards Criteria in advance so you are prepared to give complete and thorough answers to the questions to give your staff members the best chance to win.  $60 entry fee. Note the following deadline dates:

July 26: Beautification (interior and exterior)

August 23:  Maintenance and Marketing

September 27:  Property/Corporate
