NEW THIS YEAR!  The DAA Committee has added several new categories this year including Best Pool, Best Overall Amenities (replacing Unique Amenity), and Best Employee Relations Program.  We've also opened Best Online Presence to ALL member types (supplier, management company, OR community).

Nominations for the 2025 Diamond Achievement Awards will open in the Spring 2025.  We've made some changes to categories and deadline dates this year so please take a look at the Awards Criteria in advance so you can plan ahead!  

Beautification entries due June 20
This include 1 & 2 bedroom models, leasing center/clubhouse, fitness center, and overall amenities.

Curb Appeal entries due July 25
This include landscaping, waterscapes/lakes, pool, community signage, mixed-use community, adaptive reuse community, and mid/high-rise community.

Maintenance entries due August 15
This include grounds technician, maintenance technician, maintenance supervisor and maintenance team.

Property entries due September 5
This include resident activities, leasing professional, assistant manager, manager, and management team.

Corporate entries due September 26
This include online presence, employee relations program, rookie of the year, supplier member and company of the year, multi-site professional, corporate MVP, and Lifetime Achievement Award.
