Curb Appeal Nominations due

The deadline for the second round of nominations for the 2026 Diamond Achievement Awards is TODAY! 

Curb Appeal entries include the following categories:

• Best Landscaping
• Best Waterscapes/Lakes
• Best Pool
• Best Overall Community Signage
• Best Mixed-Use Community
• Best Adaptive Reuse Community
• Best Mid/High-rise Community

All entries require a $60 entry fee (except for Lifetime Achievement Award).  Please review the AWARD CRITERIA in advance so you are prepared to provide the required documentation and/or answer the nomination questions.
