It's been TEN YEARS since we hosted our first Bus Tour and it continues to be one of the most popular events we do each year! JOIN US for the 10th Annual Bus Tour as we showcase three new construction properties in Downtown Memphis and the Medical District. We’ll start with lunch at Bosco's in Overton Square then travel to three communities... Harborside at Conwood Flats, The Oliver Residences, and Orleans Station. Following the tours, we'll return to Bosco's to enjoy appetizers and drinks! This is a Members Only event.
You must be pre-registered in order to attend. No walk-ins.
Ticket Prices
$75 Bus Ticket: Bus seats are for management company or property personnel only. Price includes lunch, seat on the bus, and happy hour.
$35 Happy Hour only: Happy Hour is open to all AAGM members.
Deadlines & Cancellation
The deadline to reserve a ticket is Friday, October 16.
This is a NO CANCELLATION EVENT however, if you purchase a bus tour ticket and discover you are unable to attend, please contact the AAGM office as we often have a waiting list for people wanting to get on the tour. If we have a replacement to take your seat, we will refund your ticket price.

Happy Hour Sponsor-$750: Opportunity to speak and distribute marketing materials at reception, company logo on event webpage and emails, and admission for 4 to the Happy Hour (seat on bus is not included).
Bus Sponsor-$500: Opportunity to speak and distribute marketing materials to group on bus between site visits, company logo on event webpage and emails, and 2 seats on the bus and admission to Happy Hour (2 people).
Community Sponsor-$400: Brief presentation at sponsored community before tour, distribute marketing materials, company logo on event webpage and emails, and 1 seat on the bus and admission to Happy Hour. Option to provide light snacks/drinks at the community (please select your community when reserving your sponsorship).
Lunch Sponsor-$350: Company logo on event webpage and emails, distribute marketing materials to group on bus, 1 seat on the bus and admission to Happy Hour.
