JOIN US for the 9th Annual Bus Tour as we showcase more suburban life in Cordova and Lakeland, Tennessee. We’ll start with lunch at the Owners Box Sports Grill then travel to three communities...MAA Dexter Lake, Springs at Colonial, and Lakeland Town Square. Following the tours, we'll return to the Owners Box Sports Grill to enjoy appetizers and drinks! This is a Members Only event.
You must be pre-registered in order to attend. No walk-ins.
Ticket Prices
Registration opens September 15.
$65 Bus Ticket: Bus seats are for management company or property personnel only. Price includes lunch, seat on the bus, and happy hour.
$30 Happy Hour only: Happy Hour is open to all AAGM members.
Deadlines & Cancellation
The deadline to reserve a ticket is Friday, October 17.
This is a NO CANCELLATION EVENT however, if you purchase a bus tour ticket and discover you are unable to attend, please contact the AAGM office as we often have a waiting list for people wanting to get on the tour. If we have a replacement to take your seat, we will refund your ticket price.

Bus Sponsor-SOLD OUT: Opportunity to speak and distribute marketing materials to group on bus between site visits, company logo on event webpage and emails, and 2 seats on the bus and admission to Happy Hour (2 people).
Community Sponsor-$400: Brief presentation at sponsored community before tour, distribute marketing materials, company logo on event webpage and emails, and 1 seat on the bus and admission to Happy Hour. Option to provide light snacks/drinks at the community.
